Falconwood Nigeria Limited (FNL) is an indigenous Civil, Electrical, Engineering and Logistics Support company established on 17th June 1993 with the vision of delivering high-quality services at competitive prices within the Nigerian oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors. Since inception, the company has evolved into a reputable service provider supporting major international oil and gas companies, government agencies, and private organizations across Nigeria.

Over the years, FNL has executed a wide range of engineering and support services including building construction, road and drainage maintenance, labour supply, facility management, environmental management, logistics coordination, and other related projects in line with its Memorandum of Association. As part of its core capabilities, Falconwood Nigeria Limited is the sole provider of Defensive Driving Training (DDT) and Certification to the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) now Renaissance Africa Energy Company (RAEC)and several other industry leaders.

Our Defensive Driving Certification services have consistently helped clients maintain very low road accident rates, minimize asset damage, reduce compensation payments, and prevent lost-time injuries or operational downtime—despite the challenging road and traffic conditions within their operational environments.
Falconwood’s operations are managed by highly experienced professionals with deep industry knowledge, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with internationally accepted standards and best practices. The company is fully equipped with modern tools and resources required to execute major projects in Logistics, Engineering Construction, Procurement, Manpower Supply

Our workforce has grown from an initial team of ten to over forty personnel, including skilled and casual workers. We maintain a strong record of employee retention, with permanent labour turnover remaining below 5% over the years. Safety performance is also a key strength—our man-hour loss due to injury has stayed at approximately 1% over the past three years. Staff members undergo regular in-service training to stay updated with evolving industry requirements.

Falconwood Nigeria Limited is firmly guided by professional ethics and is duly registered as a corporate entity with relevant International and National regulatory bodies, such as RoSPA, NSC and FRSC.
